2. Payroll Processing
- calculating net salaries income taxes and social security (ZUS) contributions,
- preparing payroll and bank transfer orders,
- preparing PIT-11 tax returns,
- preparing other relevant documents.
3. Corporate Administration*
- drafting of a company's founding deed and statutes,
- filling incorporation documentation at the Companies register (KRS), Statistical Office (GUS), Social Security Office (ZUS),
- setting up and maintenance of company files,
- handling all changes to the company Statutes,
- preparation of documents necessary for EGMs and AGMs.
